Pastor Joshua Lee was commissioned by New Life Mission Church of Anaheim (currently NLMC of Fullerton) and the Korean Southwest Presbytery of the PCA to plant New Life Mission Church of Northern California in 1996.

January, 1997 - NLMC of Northern California offered its first worship service with 8 adults and 2 children.

July, 1997 - NLMC of Northern California offered its first Korean worship service with 13 adults and 4 children.

June, 2001 - NLMC of Northern California commissioned its first missionaries, Mr. & Mrs. Daniel and Hannah Park to Asia.

January, 2004 - NLMC of Northern California ordained 9 men as the first deacons of the church.

April, 2004 - NLMC of Northern California commissioned Pastor David Chong to plant NLMC of Colorado.

January, 2005 - NLMC of Northern California commissioned Pastor El Kim to plant NLMC of the Bay Area.

April, 2006 - NLMC of Northern California became a particularized church by ordaining 3 men as the first ruling elders of the church and forming its first Session.

October, 2007 - NLMC of Northern California ordained 5 deacons and appointed our church's first 3 kwonsaneems.

June, 2009 - NLMC of Northern California ordained 4 deacons.

January, 2010 - NLMC of Northern California commissioned Pastor David Lee to plant NLMC of Fremont.

December, 2010 - Pastor Thomas Park appointed as a Senior Pastor.

August, 2011 - NLMC of Northern California ordained 4 deacons and 2 kwonsaneems.
